Retail network & wholesale development in Russia

Developed a retail network and wholesale in 5 Federal Districts of the Russian Federation. Launched 20 Pole Position branded tire centers and 65 sales points. Increased the share of retail chain sales by 15%. Implemented 5 strategic projects, including the implementation of a CRM system and standardization of a retail network of 110 centers. Managed 10 department specialists. Conducted 300+ presentations in 80 cities. Concluded contracts with 5 new dealers for a total amount of 175 million rubles.
